Maleficent DIY Halloween Outfit

This evening I'm at Gleam's Halloween Party dressed as Maleficent, I thought it was the perfect time to embrace the spirit of Halloween and up my DIY outfit making skills and share how I did it all with you guys. As long as you have the horns, red lips and contoured cheekbones people should guess you're Maleficent. So on to how I made them:

Halloween Blood Drip Nails Tutorial

Getting into the old Halloween spirit with a Blood Drip Nails tutorial! This is super easy and quick to do! A Tip, I found it easier to actually use the other end of the toothpick ^_^

Did you see my halloween outfit I did for Missguided? I customised one of their dresses for my very own DIY halloween look! I'm going to wear this dress this weekend, have less scary makeup and wear my white out coloured contact lenses :D

What are you going as for Halloween?

So Missguided contacted me asking if I would be up for doing a DIY halloween outfit using items from their sweet deal range. I jumped at the chance! I love halloween so much and was up for making something myself. I had so much fun doing this too! My neighbours must think I'm crazy!

I chose a maxi dress with the intention of cutting it up for some subtle revealing details. I've come a long way from my halloween outfits as a child. I used to be given a bin bag and told it was a witches costume ^_^ This dress is perfect for a gothic look and lets you add dramatic makeup and accessories without being too much. It's also only £7.50!

Go check out the other 4 bloggers looks, and if you like mine, make sure you vote for me by liking this picture on their Facebook page, you will also then have the chance of winning a halloween goodie bag! <3

Check out the super talented Emily who did my makeup too here.
